One of the most amazing articles I have read was in Computer Shopper where the majority of the machines they received for review were flawed. Either parts were missing or incorrectly attached - and they reported on machine after machine and its problems. It was so bad they even wrote an editorial. they are one of the few pubications that would print something like that, as far as I can see. Even so I am amazed at how little play is given to the flaws in various hardware components in print. for example the driver problems with Diamond video cards and Windows 95. Anyone know of a technical magazine that covers hardware and software in depth? Cyberfam@erols.com
