There's a fairly simple explanation for this.

By observation, most of the time we've seen people telling the public to "sit
down and be quiet", it's because they want to swindle or kill you, or swindle
or kill somebody else.

This country was founded by people who rather than sitting down and being quiet
at the order of those who wanted to swindle and kill them, rose up and killed
THEM.

While we haven't yet found it necessary again to rise up and kill such people,
we're not shy about rising up and telling them to BITE us.  This is something
known to the late Mr. Nixon.  It's something that that crypto-European Bill
Clinton is becoming familiar with.

This is of course an incomprehensible idea to a lot of Europeans and Canadians.
That's not because they're innately incapable of it, but merely because most
of those who COULD, came HERE and BECAME Americans....
