And its been documented in our Ma Bell supplied phone book for years. The question was directed at the American who stated that his government has given his phone company, Sprint, permission to provide service to Cuba, as long as that phone company met certain conditions having to do with how they handle their money. I was curious if the same key sequence is used. (Actually, I was really curious about the call routing. No matter how the call is routed, some company had to bring a cable and connect it to Cuba. That company must have spent money in Cuba ...)
