According to a March 24th Canadian Press wire story:

The British edition of Elle Magazine is being pulled from Toronto
store shelves because of fears it ignored the ban on reporting
details of Karla Homolka's manslaughter trial.

R.M. Distribution, which supplies Elle to stores in the Toronto area,
is pulling the magazines on the advice of its wholesaler, said
spokeswoman Melissa Boscariol.
