	Yes-imagine the asshole that would set up a robot
to autorespond to public usenet posts.  Of course if
one may do it all may do it--that's only fair and just
and then of course we'd have total chaos.

Please cite the internationally ratified treaty which declares such
posts to be illegal. Please cite the corresponding UCC section for
the United States.

While you are at it, please cite the UCC section for "harassment by
communication".
