Are you truly this stupid or do you practise at it?  Perhaps you
live a sheltered life inside that hobble of a group you call home

There you go again, making a fool of yourself.  A telephone company
has a set of rules you have to follow in order to have their service
the same as an NSP/ISP. 

If it is not against the rules (re:law), a person is going to do whatever
they like and that doesn't change the facts that the telephone company is
and cannot be help RESPONSIBLE for the actions of it's customers.  

Sheesh.... how many times does a sledge hammer have to hit you upside 
of the head before this point gets driven into your thick head?

If a person makes an anonymous threatening call and is caught, who do
you think get's the charges laid against them.  The telephone company
or the person who made the call?  If you say the former - you provide
enough reason for nym-shifting trolls to ridicule you, cause you're
an idiot.
