Me, I've always assumed that it existed to discuss matters pertinent to 
Altopia's AUP. That's what I came here to do. That's what I've been 
doing - until you and your fellow inadequates started to accuse others 
of posting off-topic. 

You have been repeatedly asked to define what constitutes "on-topic" 
and what constitutes "off-topic". You have repeatedly failed to do so.
