1) Why the question marks? Are you uncertain about something? 
2) It wasn't me who changed the subject line, and I couldn't really 
care less who did. It's obviously a big thing to you though.
3) Since you've decided to drag the discussion about the Policy FAQ 
off-topic, it doesn't seem to matter what the subject line is. However, 
be assured, I welcome the opportunity to discuss other subjects.
