And to that I'd add: it would appear that at least one poster who used 
Altopia for 'bot flooding of newsgroups, and who was given the boot, is 
now the very person filling CC's mailbox with frivolous complaints 
about other users of Altopia - specifically, those posters the 
inadequate, paranoid, little twerp perceives to be his enemies. 
Unfortunately CC would appear to be either unwilling or unable to 
discern frivolous complaints from genuine ones.
