I'm beginning to suspect that Clueless Wombat Cabal 
(bspaghetti@hotmail.com) is part of the whole evil plot. For example:

In this specific case, however, there's one person submitting complaints 
about dozens of people. A number of them point out that the complainer is 
a kook and net abuser looking less for help than "getting even". Checking 
each and every ng charter isn't the problem. The problem is one person 
says the actions violate the charter(s) and are abuse, the other dozen+ 
say he's lying and they aren't doing anything wrong. Why would anyone not 
at least take a cursory look at what's going on? Why believe one *known* 
net abuser over a dozen customers?

Universals work both ways sometimes. Checking each and every ng charter 
may not be feasable. But neither is never checking on a complaint.

? And if altopia loses enough customers over such asinine decisions I think
? that goes under "COSTS" not "PROFITS".  Even the warez and pr0n customers
? have got to wonder how far CC would go to defend their rights if 
? anti-pirate or anti-porn people or government investigators gave him
? too much trouble.
