FWIW, if you would bother to check news.admin.net-abuse.usenet, you will notice 
that alt.net ranks consistently *low* in the amount of spam generated for a 
service of its size. How you can maintain that peristent spammers have been 
funneling thir posts through it is beyond me. Please do some homework before you 
make such obviously bogus generalizations.

Second, one of the alt.horror.werewolves posters, FotCA, had the audacity to 
propose a Usenet-wide death penalty of alt.net because of a relatively small 
number of off-topic posts she claimed were posted to a.h.w. by someone from 
alt.net. By Usenet tradition, posts centering around behavior specific to a 
newsgroup are crossposted to that group, so that its readers may be aware of 
developments.

Rather than request a halt in crosspostings to a.h.w. by folks from alt.net, I 
suggest you and FotCA might offer alt.net's customers an  apology for her 
totally baseless call for a UDP. Then you might get a civil response.
