Actually, that's incorrect.  The warning we give tells the user not to use
the email address of anyone else on the net without permission. 

Users have lost posting ability for continued violations of this policy. 
If you see a customer of Altopia using someone else's email address, feel
free to let us know.

My last email to you on this subject (dated 10/31/97) was not entirely in
line with how we have been implementing our policies, so please accept my
apology for the confusion.
