Hi the chinon drive is shipped defaulted for dfo....looking from the back, center and right pins are jumpered to df0:there is a jumber on the motherboard that has to be moved if intstalling a df1: drive motherboard part # 312723 installed, jumber marked J301, right side of drive connector on motherboard.....motherboard part #380705-01, install jumber in J36 located just below the power supply red mark on ribbon cable matches to pin one of the drive. This is from instruction from a Chinon fb-354 I just bought.... I found a old floppy that I had and it has the six jumper connectors you spoke about... the bottom center and left was jumpered on this drive....I think this drive was in as a df1: at one time.... Hope this has helped.. dan <rob_leeland@my-deja.com> wrote in message news:8vi6nu$osn$1@nnrp1.deja.com... > Does anybody know where I can find definite information on the jumper > settings for Chinon FB354-A and FB354-E 880k floppy drives?
