Hi, After watching the screen of my Amiga 2000 flutter around for about 3min., I turned it off, hoping the problem would go away. I tried to turn it on later, and although the moniter worked, the actual computer wouldn't turn on. I was wondering if anyone might know what's wrong with it. Any imput would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. -M. Thomas

Please provide more details about your system configuration and behaviour: How does is "not turn on". Power Led on/off/flashing? Harddisk Led on/off/flashing? Power Supply Fan rotating? Harddisk spinning up? Keyboard Caps Lock Led flashing? How do you know the monitor works ok? - Remove *all* external devices, expansion cards, drive connections, except for monitor and DF0:. -Check for leaking battery, loose socketed chips (press firmly on each). - Turn power on. What happens? - Measure voltages from PSU. Everything ok there? Regards, Peter Wagner Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
