linux toolkit CD set Oct 96

I have recently obtained the above subject CD set. I've kind of played with
the amiga version of GNU from the aminet (gnu 2.7) with limited success. I
once loaded the toolkit onto a PC as a dual system emulation.
    My question is, the is amiga stuff on the toolkit  (CD #4) meant as a
dual system emulator as well, or a amiga dos compatible kit? Has anyone
played with this that would know where to start? Or should I stick with the
aminet gnu?
