please help!!!!!!!!  or if you can't can you please get me someone who can.
I bought a Shareware CD Rom called the collection of children's games
company Softforum from Toronto, Ontario. 

I looked on 411 to look for the company name and it is not there.  

this is what happen when I tried to install it.  It keeps coming up loading
and 
there is no possible way I can get out of it. 
I have even shut off all power and when I turned it back on it is still the
same 
thing.
I consulted with a specialized in the field and even he dosen't know how to

get out of it.

PLease HELP!!!!!
