QuickSecure is a small application for Windows 95/98 that allows quick and easy securing of the Windows environment. It allows for users to choose what Windows features to disable (desktop, start button, taskbar, system keys, etc) and other program options such as whether to start the program when Windows loads and whether to lockdown the system when Windows loads. The Anti-Restart Guard feature is used to heighten the amount of Windows security. If most other security programs have secured your desktop and someone restarts the computer Windows will load normally. Now with QuickSecure once you lock your system, if someone restarts the computer manually the system is automatically protected again when Windows loads.
