Michael

VAC is somewhat like the diary of upcoming IT events in THE AUSTRALIAN
each Tuesday. Thus, events are repeated in it each time VAC is posted.

VAC has been also been designed so that each element of it can be
posted to work and other Bulletin Boards, and stand alone, without it
being essential to access a Web page to find out the key information
about the meeting announcement.

If one is not interested in receiving VAC, one can ignore it using
Free Agent software and such like, in relation to newsgroup receipt,
and filter it in relation to lists. I keep the heading the same for
each issue, to facilitate this.

I will experiment a bit though, to try to accommodate your concerns to
some degree.
