Hmm, i thought the RMIT -> MU 100mbit link was already installed. However
UQ -> Sydney is on a fastpac10 and then the US, so i don't think it's the local
pipe thats causing problems. i figured the usual culprit of mci -> rest of the
us, e.g ftp.redhat was where the bottleneck would be.
