While all of the properly-posted small segments making up
a binary file appearing on the Usenet newsgroup
alt.multimedia.tk are not joining, as one, as they should,
to produce the DOWNLOAD FILE dialog box, thus making
the file available to AOL users.

Again, all the segments of many files *are* there; they are just
not joining by "filegrabber" right now.  I assume this is true of
CompuServe's news server as well?
