HELP!
I am now trying to create a solar street lamp which using LED as bulb. I am
lack of two circuits which are:

1. voltage-sensing circuit
2. relay

The function of the circuits is when the battery voltage falls below a
certain level ( about 11.5 V ), the voltage-sensing circuit activates the
relay to disconnect the appliance circuits.

The battery I am using is 12 V  and 24 Ah.
Please provide me with the circuits.

Problems:
I got a regulator which can charge 12V battery but it cannot prevent the
over-charging problem.  I suggest to fix a Zener diod or Shunt Regulator to
the regulator�s circuit, but don�t know where to put in, please refer to the
attached file for the circuit, please tell me if you know.
