Aaron has put me on hold because the main screen login name I gave him
has a "Security Over-ride"  on it and he doesn't understand, so they put

you on hold like the rep is really doing something for you.

The recording says, "Our Consultants".......Quality Control and Training

Purposes! (HA!)
Is there anybody associated with that company who is not in training?

And at the conclusion of the conversation nobody knows!!!

Good thing my other ISP is customer related oriented......
