Hi, when my folks read their mail, there is a bunch of HTML tags
throughout. Does anyone know how to fix this. I don't have the problem
on my computer, just theirs.

Thanks, Rob

The problem is that they either 1) aren't reading your mail with an HTML
enabled mail reader (like Netscape), or 2) are using an HTML capable
mail reader, but don't have it enabled (Netscape has an option to turn
it off).
