The following bill was listed in the "other" section. It should have been listed in the "bills specifically for/about Native Americans" section. S.841: -- A bill to authorize construction of the Fort Peck Reservation Rural Water System in the State of Montana, and for other purposes. Sponsor: Sen Burns. R-MT Also, Mike "Merlin" Means alerted us to a bill which did not turn up on the search, but affects several Native American tribes: S.964: -- A bill to direct a property conveyance in the State of California. Sponsor: Sen Murkowski, R-AK (note: this bill transfers Ward Valley, a sacred site to several tribes, to the state of California for use as a nuclear waste dump.)
