*Boycott on Israeli goods*
by Maher Abukhater
In retaliation to Israeli economic sactions imposed on the Palestin-
ian territories since July 30, the PNA began a series of steps last
week to counter this Israeli measure. Most prominent is a boycott of
Israeli goods which are not vital to the Palestinian economy or which
have a Palestinian equivalent.
Palestinian officials at the Gaza entry ports said several items of
Israeli goods heading to Gaza were turned back at Muntar crossing-
point in northern Gaza.
These items included electrical appliances, dairy products, fruit,
electronic equipment, toys and frozen food.
Press reports from Muntar said Palestinian officials are carrying
with them a list of items that should be refused entry as they check
Israeli goods entering the Strip.
Palestinian officials have warned that Israeli goods will not be
allowed to freely enter the Palestinian market if Israel continues
to prevent Palestinian goods from entering the Israeli market.
Israel annually exports over US-Dollar 1.8b of Israeli goods to the
Palestinian areas and imports US-Dollar 300m of Palestinian products.

*We also call to a boycott of Israeli goods and products*
We believe that one of the most effective steps to realize peace in
the Middle East is to put economical pressure on Israel. This will
force it to think over and to change its denial policy of the
elemental and legitimate self-determination rights of the Palestin-
ians. Israel's economy is sycophantically dependent on the financial
support and facilities it gets from the EU and USA.
Therefore:
*No more buying goods of Israeli origin!*
*No more buying Israeli agricultural products, like avocados,*
*melons, oranges etc.!*
*No more economic aid for Israel!*
*No penny more for children's murderer!*
*No penny for those who break children's bones, skulls, arms and*
*legs!*
*No penny for those who will eliminate the Palestinian people!*

Self denial will strengthen your cause. You are on the right track here. > *No penny for those who will eliminate the Palestinian people!* But this last remark is rather remarkable. You believe it is fated that the Israelis will eliminate the Palestinians! If you are a Palestinian and believe this to be so, why fight against the will of Allah? Enjoy the life he has given you, while it lasts, and wash that avocado salad down with a cup of fresh squeezed orange juice. SHRiker

I don't believe you're so fool ... I think you've understood what he
wanted to say ... So why don't we discuss it like humans used to ?
