 auf dem linux rechner muss der inetd laufen, der weiters den
 telnetd startet. kannst du *auf* der linux kiste ueberhaupt
 "telnet localhost" machen und kriegst einen prompt ? wenn nicht,
 hast du dein problem.

:                ODI Software installiert (NW Support)
:                Novell LAN Worplace vorhanden (TelNet, FTP, ...)
:                (nein, ich will nicht Linux installieren)

mit dem novell-telnet solltest du das machen koennen. verwenden wir
hier an der uni. geht. mir ist zwar das cu/tcp telnet lieber, aber egal :)
