    Sehr geehrte ACOnet-BenutzerInnen !
    
    Derzeit gibt es Probleme mit jenem Teil des USA-Verkehrs, der ueber
    ICM/Pensauken->Ebone/Frankfurt geroutet wird.  Die Ursache liegt in
    Routing-Problemen in ICM/AS1800.  An der Behebung wird gearbeitet.

Problem Description:

	US - Frankfurt line effectively unusable in
	US->Europe direction because of routing problems
	in ICM AS 1800.  Persistent routing loops spotted
	in traffic through ICM AS 1800 to other networks.

Affected:

	US performance degraded.
