It's a bit easier for me. The speed you mentioned above is the speed we should get when UPC/chello tookover Telekabel. However, after heavy discussions with the TGV (our users club) and the management of UPC/chello we finally got the speedlimits mentioned earlier by me. I think maybe contacts between user groups in AT en NL would be a good thing. It can't be that in different countries there are different speedlimits. We all are the same. We all pay for the same product. We all meet the same problems.
