Technology transfer and `natural' accidents

Do you remember that, during the Cold War, the United States had laws banning
the export of `sensitive' technologies to the Soviet Union and its states?

Of course, the KGB was active at that time stealing industrial secrets from
the West in spite of this, but there was one curious technology that seemed
to evade them: It was the technology of `clean rooms' and the fabrication
of microprocessor and memory chips that went with clean-room technology.

In fact, Soviet military technology was an example of obsolete technologies,
such as vacuum tubes, developed to do things comparable to more modern
technologies, such as transistors and transistor chips.

I am making the thesis here that it is no accident that countries like Cuba,
North Korea, and Communist China were facing similar technological `walls'
and that the ongoing widespread `natural' and `manmade' disasters were not
simply accidents, but deliberate acts of God.

I am not here to convert you to any religion, but you ought to be aware by
now that I do things that clearly prove that the mind interacts with matter
in nontrivial ways. I have also demonstrated elsewhere that the seemingly
primitive religious literature and legends of many cultures do, in fact,
contain extremely sophisticated scientific riddles that could only be
deciphered in this century.
