A great room just <10 minute walk to Tech campus on Ponce de Leon Ave. and 
Peachtree, and just <2 minutes to North Ave Marta station, and within 5-10 
minutes walking distance Publix, CVS, and lots of great restaurant. More

starting from May 5. Two of us are male quiet college students of Tech and 
State (PhD and undergraduate). The room is fully carpeted, with really 
spacious walk-in closet and bathroom,furnished with light fixtures, new 
desks and bed for study, large windows with lots of lights. The room faces 
toward a very nice and quiet courtyard, no noise from streets, perfect for 
study and work. The apartment also includes covered parking garage, business 
center with copier and fax, and fitness center. Really great price of $500 
with high speed internet, cable tv, washer and dryer, and all the utilities
