large 6BR/3Bath Tech household.

Location: 1056 Hemphill Ave. (1/2 mile from Tech Campus = 2 minute walk 
to class)

One of the two upstairs bedrooms has become available and will be ready 
for move in starting tomorrow(2/26/07). Room is private and has 
character. This is one of the nicest rooms in the house per being 
upstairs where much studying can be done in peace & quiet (There are 2 
rooms upstairs and 4 downstairs).  Rent is $415/month with one month 
deposit due upon move in. Bedroom has a large desk, small table, and 
walk in closet. Current roommates are social, friendly, and funny. We're 
looking for someone who will be an addition to our house. Currently we 
have 4 guys and 1 girl.

The house's other rooms have 13 ft high ceilings and very large rooms. 
Some bedrooms are partially furnished meaning desks, dressers, tables 
and sofas etc. Most Bedroom dimensions are huge (13x15x15). Smaller 
bedroom dimensions(11x11x8) Basic Utilities are separate. House includes 
dishwasher, washer/dryer, phone, cable TV, cable Internet, 2 large 
fridges, Keggerator with chilled beer on tap, porch life, and fully 
furnished kitchen and patio. Your roommates will be Georgia Tech 
Undergrad/Grad students. Rent ranges between ($350-$450)/month and 
utilities(including everything), roughly an extra $75/month on average 
depending on seasonal consumption needs.
