Campus = 2 minute walk to class) House has 13 ft high ceilings and very 
large Living Room, Foyer, Hallways, and Kitchen. Some bedrooms are 
partially furnished, others are not. All Bedroom dimensions are huge 
(13x15x15) except medium and smaller bedroom
dimensions(11x11x8). The 5 rooms available are 3 large, 1 medium, and 1 
small.

House includes living room with 100 inch living room projector, Kitchen 
with dishwasher, washer/dryer, phone, cable TV(On Demand ~200 channels), 
Cable Internet, 2 large fridges, Keggerator fridge with chilled beer on 
Tap. . . . ., 24/7 porch life, and fully furnished kitchen and patio. 
Your roommates will be Georgia Tech Undergrad/Grad students. Rent ranges 
between ($375-$450)/month depending on the room. Utilities (which are 
separate), are approximately an extra $75-$100 /month on average 
depending on seasonal consumption needs.
