Making me crazy!

THE PROBLEM:
When I try to save a drawing I get the message "FATAL ERROR Unhandled
e06d7363h exception at bff9a3c0h". After I press the OK-button CAD
shutdowns.
Also, when I�m making a drawing I�m getting the message "FATAL ERROR
Unhandled Access Violation Exception 403c26h". What�s should I do??
I also get the message "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error:   Program
Abnormal termination C:/Program/AutoCAD LT 97"
(I�ve changed the virtual memory, but nothing happend)
System:
Win95                 (on C:/)
AutoCAD LT 97    (on C:/)
running on a
Pentium 200 MMX
C:/ 1.6 Gb Quantum                     (1.1 Gb free)
D:/ 6 Gb Quantum                        (2.71 Gb free)
F:/ SyQuest SparQ 1.0 GB
32 Mb RAM
