Hi!

In my PROJECT case there are a lot of data which deal with .

I know VB is very slow when using ODBC in ORACLE DB.

Also I'm gonna develop web. 

Which is the best tool ? 

If you have comparison table or real-world experience, please send me.


For example :

1) characteristics
2) advantages, disadvantages
3) etc
