Is there anyone who knows anything about the sewage disposal systems in the major cities of North Africa. I have been told that, because fresh water is of a premium, they recycle ALL sewage and other waste water. It seems anomalous, considering Britain pumps 300 million tons of the stuff each year into its seas. Any help would be appreciated. For further clarification see: www.thesahara.net
