I did not have any real bias to reading a simple statement. It just says don't ignore technology in the midst of some (not all) unnecessary hysteria regarding our environment. Sound advice, if a tad simplistic and self-evident. Read it again. It says nothing about global warming. You SPECIFICALLY referred to the article as some kind of cure for the debate - it is not. More importantly, the debate will not be solved by pointing to any document as short, vague, and NON-specific as this one. Try reading a few scientific journals - highly recommend Environmental Science and Technology; the leading articles are written for layfolk and are very informative. Covers all sorts of things - the last one was on CO2 dumping into the ocean and it was very well written. Sam McClintock please reply to mac at ensanity dot com
