If you are trying to measure the processor between intervals, then under W95 it is very difficult, because of the task-switching. If it is to measure the hardware, you can use DOS. What is the nature? Do you expect to capture the processor state at specified intervals? Is this to diagnose hardware? Or, is it for profiling execution?
