I represent Netmolecule, a new Swedish company based in Stockholm. Right now
Netmolecule is employing technical developers; Senior developer, Developer
and Junior developer.

General technological profile for Netmolecule

Development work will be done in projects, in strict coherence with a well
defined development model. High standards are expected on technical
documentation of design and source code.

Reuse is an important concept in Netmolecule�s development work. A knowledge
library with version handled source code will be built in order to reuse
applications, application libraries, scripts, etc. This stresses the
importance of the documentation of source code.

In development projects carried out by Netmolecule the overall objective -
to always deliver in time, to specification and to agreed price - should
always have high priority.

Technical profiles

1. Senior developer

1.1 Education
Master degree from Technical University or equivalent.

1.2 Experience
- At least seven years of documented experience from system development
- Experience from significant development projects. Experience from project
management in general and technical project management specifically.
- Long experience from system design and creation of requirement-, system-
and implementation specifications.

1.3 Areas of Competence
- Substantial knowledge in complex system solutions comprising databases and
communication.
- At least general knowledge about platforms such as MS Windows NT, MS
Windows 98, Sun Solaris and Linux.
- Knowledge in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Perl, XML, ASP and
Visual Basic.
- Substantial knowledge in data communications in general and TCP/IP
specifically.
- Knowledge in 3-Tier solutions with standard systems as target environment.

1.4 Miscellaneous
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Experience in structured work routines such as the use of development
model, specifying of a projects different phases, handling of versions and
documentation of source code.
- Knowledge in UML and related tools is a plus.

2. Developer

2.1 Education
University degree.

2.2 Experience
- At least two years of documented experience in system development.
- Experience from development projects with many participants.
- Experience from developing applications from specifications and within a
given time span.

2.3 Areas of competence
- Knowledge in complex system solutions.
- At least general knowledge in platforms such as MS Windows NT, MS Windows
98, Sun Solaris and Linux.
- Significant knowledge in at least two of the programming languages C/C++,
Java, Perl, XML, ASP and Visual Basic. General knowledge in the others.
- Knowledge in developers tools.

2.4 Miscellaneous
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge in UML and related tools is a plus.

3 Junior Developer

3.1 Education
No demand on formal education or degree. Participation in organized studies
is a merit.

3.2 Experience
- Documented experience from www development is a merit.

3.3 Areas of competence
- Long experience in using computers using OS such as Microsoft 95/98/NT and
Unix.
- Knowledge in existing software and development tools.
- Significant knowledge in HTML and DHTML.
- Ability to at least understand and adapt existing Javascript scripts.
- Understanding of dynamical web solutions.

3.4 Miscellaneous
- Ability to work towards a defined objective and to strict reporting- and
delivery times.
- Ability to work both independently and in project groups.
- Ability to deliver source code that is in accordance with design and
implementation specifications.
