We have been having a lot of trouble with optimization.
It seems that more often than not when we link an optimized library,
classes in the library end up getting private data members stepped on.
In one case a private data member had the same address as a driver
(main) variable. Private data ends up being set to the value of the
drivers variable.
The classes we are having trouble with have shorts and chars in
addition to longs as private data.
We are running on Sun4's, Sparcstations, and Sparc 2's.
Any ideas , help?
Thanks in advance
