Can someone direct me to proper newsgroup (or programmer) that would write a 
small program to capture price data from screen and convert to comma 
delimited file?

Had one written by a local programmer many years ago but things have changed 
dramatically since then. The method we used then was to do screen captures 
which were later scanned line by line looking for certain information. This 
data was processed into a  simple text file. I think the programming 
software then was Microsoft Basic 7.
