understand your requirements, prepare functional specifications and freeze
the input, output formats and specifications. These will be approved by you
based on which the development begins.

The agreed specifications will then be sent to the Off-shore Development
Center (ODC) in India. The project manager at the ODC will ensure completion
of development process with his team and ship the completed software back to
