It looks like there is an investigation into claims that programmers and IT
employees at H & R Block are not being payed for overtime hours. The problem
centers around the possible improper classification of employees as
independent contractors. If you go to

information on this as well as what can be done about it. There is a free
case evaluation provided for those who might have had issue being payed
overtime in this situation. I thought this might be of interest and hope
