Just posted in aus.comms is a set of 6 files comprising a bit of a database
thingy which I call "a who's who of Oz/NZ comms R&D". Following is the
initial message I posted. To read more, see aus.comms.

Comms persons:

It's time for the March edition of the "Who's who of Australian and
New Zealand telecommunications R&D" which I put together in my spare moments.
This is an unofficial rogue project. So don't expect too much.

The purpose and meaning of the document are explained inside the
document. But the basic idea is that a few months ago, I got tired of telling
each visitor from overseas lists of people they should visit all over the
country, and decided to put together an address list. This has now grown to
15 pages, and has some 70 or so organizations in it, and about 230 individuals.

To unpack and print the thing, read the README file.

        Till next month,

So long, and good luck with unpacking and printing,

        Alan Kennington.
