Why is it that we only hear that there *is* a 1.3 when Piers points out
a feature of it and how it relates to everyone else. Why doesn't MHS
(piers?) post some kind of summary saying 'ok, it's around, it it's
being ported to a platform near you pretty soon, and here's what it
does that make it so much better than 1.1 or 1.2...' - I mean
who would have known otherwise? I sure hadn't heard anything until
Piers' post...
