Where do I get dictionaries for MS Word

I have a friend who wannts a Greek dictionary and also my
wife wants a medical dictionary for Word. I phoned Microsoft
and got an arrogant "dont bother me" response.

Does anybody know where I can get supplementary dictionaries
for Word?
