Just as a question (althought it maybe a silly one), is it possible to
get different speed on the to-australia side of the link than on the
from-australia ?  (Somewhat similar to the 1200/75 baud modems from
some years back).  The reason I ask that whenever an upgrade is done,
it is usually described as being "two half-circuits" which seems to
suggest this may be possible (maybe the link could lean to 256/768
kbit ? (considering that the inside is only going at 50% capacity))
