how do I use archie.oz ?

At the risk of boring everyone to tears,
How do I start using archie.oz ?
Is it anonymous ftp ?
Is there a current listing of what's in the
archive ?
I remember there was some info on the net
about this a little while ago, but it all
seems to have dried up, sorry if this causes
