the conference. The registration fee allows you to attend all the sessions,
morning and afternoon coffees and luncheon on the day (Student registration
includes morning and afternoon tea but not lunch.)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received in writing before 5th February 1993 will forfeit
25% of registration fees.  No refunds will be allowed past that date,
however substitutions will be accepted.
