Hi, I've got an OEM CD-R media (green) that contains all stuffs which I've downloaded over the mths. I did my last recording session on it few days ago n label it with the typical kinda labelling sticker u find on most envelope. As I was not happy with the description I filled up in the label, I decided 2 tear out the sticker n replace it with another. Here's the problem: Apparently, the sticker came out together with part of the gold coating on the face of the disc, making part of the disc transparent. Since then, I've not been able 2 access the data from the CD again. I've tried 2 rememdy the situation by resticking a few more labels 2 cover up the transparent portion but 2 no avail. Any good suggestion 2 help me recover the data from the CD will be greatly appreciated! Thanx!
