Of course not - no major manufacturer would provide software which
failed to work perfectly on all hardware, under all OS's and with all
concurrent software.

You can prove it for yourself - simply visit any of the relevant
newsgroups. You missed them in the shopping basket you addressed here,
but may find one if you send it out a few more times.
